imageI have been dealing with this for over a month now. I got put on the depo provera shot and as soon as i got my first period i began to get itching irritation around my vagina. it doesnt hurt to pee, it only burns a little bit if i wipe too hard, and itches periodically throughout the day but nothing truly terrible. I swear I can feel an uneasy feeling down there sometimes like a weird shooting pain or pinch idek how to describe it. I went to the ER one night and they swabbed for almost every std including herpes, trich, chlamydia, ect., and everything came back negative. Dr thought it was BV or a yeast infection at first and treated me with metronidazole but that didnt do anything and once that was finished i began have yeasty discharge which i had not had before because I was on my period spotting from the birth control shot. I took monistat 7 day but it didnt work so i called planned parenthood (where i got my birth control shot) and they prescribed me with Diflucan. The medicine didn't work as well. So i just went to the doctors at my school and had them perform a pelvin exam and they ran a herpes test again and tested for yeast which that came back positive again so i am taking Diflucan again. Do you guys think this could also be herpes? I am waiting for the results but that wont be until friday the earliest and im terrified.image
