HELP! Is this my hymen or HPV??? Help

im not really sexually active with ppl! i also never really check down there after having a baby years ago. i had unprotected sex last week and now i looked and i got scared i dont remember the last time i checked the inside of my vagina im scared im also in my 20s can someone please tell me if its just my remains of my hymen, VP, or Hpv! i got a pap 4 months agi and it was neg for everything im scared to go ! i dont have itching or pain but i do think i have a yeast infection image
