Help! Is this normal?

Two things!

There's a kind of like, ball/lump in the entrance of my vagina and I'm worried about it. I've always had some kind of lump there, but I feel like it might of grown, I don't know? It just looks big. Is it normal, and is it supposed to be there? (I HAVE ATTACHED PHOTO BELOW)

ALSO, for the last couple of weeks my vagina has been itching persistently during the night. For the last couple of days, it has started to itch during the day which I have managed with Vagisil cream. I noticed these marks last night, what are they? It looks kinda bad. (I HAVE ATTACHED PHOTOS IN THE COMMENTS)

are they painful? look to me like kind of like cracks in skin. do they hurt when urine touches them? do you have any abonormal discharge regarding thickness, smell, colour etc. your vagina might be/ feel swollen and itchy and skin might be cracking because of a yeast infection, especially if u have thick white discharge. if you are in any pain perhaps go to a doctor to get it checked out

There isn't any discharge in my underwear, but sometimes there's like white tiny clumps of it when I itch. It doesn't burn when I pee, but If I've been itching like crazy then it'll burn a little bit. I can't go to any doctors yet due to Covid, its a nightmare!

Your description of white tiny lumps sounds like Thrush which usually itches and makes you sore. Dont know where you are in the world but you should be able to buy Canesten in your pharmacy/chemist You need the vaginal pessary to insert as high as you can, and a tube of Canesten cream to use on the exterior. You should be able to buy them in a red and white box together. Tescos usually have them. Make sure you use the cream until it is used up. If that doesnt clear it, then try the Canesten oral capsule to take by mouth and continue with the cream. If that doesnt clear it then you need the doctor so that a swab can be taken. Dont use the Canesten more than twice without a doctors advice.
