HELP IS THIS POSSIBLE

I had oral sex performed on 5/30 and on 7/3 I am experiencing a possible initial herpes outbreak. My partner has experienced fever blisters in the past. I work out a whole lot and sweat a whole lot as well as well as shave, I also am very sensitive and get irritated by pads. My cycle began the 27th through the 3rd and I then noticed a scratch and itch on my outer lip. A cluster of red bumps formed so I then put alcohol on them and benzoyl peroxide followed up with neosporine. I then decided to go to the medical express unit on the 7th and was treated for a bacteria collitis but was tested for bacteria infection and herpes 1&2. I AM SCARED TO DEATH and THIS WAIT IS DRIVING ME NUTS. The Nurse practitioner said that the bumps look like they were in the healing process and but she saw what looked like a scab or ulcer and that there was some drainage.... Not painful, no extreme itching, i only felt them when I wiped.

    2nd was after applied all the creams for a few day
