HELP Is this prolapse and what type?

I had a baby 5 weeks ago a week into postpartum i just had a feeling in my vagina that something was coming out but never did just a feeling of something in it! So i took a picture and found a bulge went to the doctor she basically dismissed it said i looked fine but i did have a flesh part at the top of uretha meatus and it should go back up after i heal! but the Bugle is really bothering me and causing me discomfort! what stage could it be and type?!
