Are you sexually active? Do you use lubes of any kind for masturbation? What is happening for your penis on a regular basis .... ????
Do you wash your penis with soap and stuff like shower gel .... ? Recently changed soap, shower gel or suchlike ....????

I wash my penis with water only. havent been sexually active since the begining of january. always use condoms. when i pull my foreskin back there is a spot where it itches on the left side of the foreskin only if i touch it. i planning on getting tested but ive this issue a little over a year now.

The vast majority of these issues are caused by something that is irritating the skin: in statistical terms items of body wash such as soap and shower gel are the major cause. After this are things that are deliberately applied to the penile skin such as skin cream, lotion, moisturiser and so on. Things used for during sex or masturbation - anything that has a chemical base can irritate the sensitive skin on the head of the penis.
Washing correctly is an essential: after urination, following sexual arousal and the production of pre-ejaculate - after you have used a condom you need to remove it ASP afterwards and do a full clean up and wash so that any chemicals that are on the inside of the condom are removed from the skin it has been in contact with - this is particularly the case for the head and the entire inner-foreskin for those not circumcised. Just as important is fully drying all the penile skin so that no moisture remains, as, any moisture trapped between foreskin and the inner skin surfaces can become a problem. Use a clean dry towel that ONLY you use .....
