If you didn't have an outbreak at the time it's probably unlikely. What type of HSV do you have?

HSV2 won't spread to the mouth as easily as HSV1 so idt you should worry too much

If you've had it for a while (over 4-6 months), you're largely protected, plus Type 2 really only likes the genitals.

You both have Type 2, right? How long have you had it? Were you having an outbreak at the time? If your answers are yes, over 4-6 months (and the longer, the better), and no, then you can relax. There is no point in even testing, unless you develop a cold sore, since it's highly unlikely, and from such brief contact, too.

Fyi, I got genital Type 2 from a sex partner's "tackle", which I also did oral stuff to (TMI, lol!). Anyway, I only got it genitally. If I also got it orally, I haven't noticed anything, and what I did was way more "risky" than your scenario, because he was clearly shedding and I had zero immunity to HSV at the time.
