Help me!

Lets start this off by saying, I have never had unprotected sex before in my life. Always used protection, I am 22 and i have no idea what these spots are. Couple weeks ago when i shaved down there and i did shave the shaft with an electric razor. A couple days later I noticed these bumps around my shaft. I am not circumcised, and i went to get a STD check done after i seen them and the doctor didn't even notice the bumps when examining. I do have Fordyce spots on my top lip but I don't know if these are the same. I'm paranoid as hell and scared for the worst. Please help! imageimageimage

    my boyfriend has the same spots... got checked and everything was fine. He is not circumcised either. Were assuming there normal.
