Help me! Could I be pregnant?

Girls, hi. I am in a long distance relationship. My boyfriend visited after 6 months. We were always using protection. However, I have reasons to believe that I may be pregnant, something that would not be good. First of all, I'd like to say that there is a chance we were touching each other and there was pre-ejaculation fluid. I was never touching directly the head of his penis, but I am afraid that through the fingers, or even the mouth (oral sex) there may have been transmission.
Also, disclaimer, the period before his arrival I was extremely stressful due to exams in uni and such.
Another disclaimer: usually our sex is painful (I think it's vaginismus) and his penis never goes all the way in. Some days after doing it, I started having smelly discharge and a lot of itching around my vagina, so I suspect an infection with that. I've had this in the past too.
Then we go to the reasons I am afraid I might be pregnant: I got my period on the 16th of June. My boyfriend came on the 27th. Fast forward, on the 9th of July I take off my underwear to put on a swimsuit and I notice thick brown discharge on my panties. I didn't think it was something serious.
Next day, and I notice blood on my panties this time. Not a lot, around 1/4th of the size of my hand. When wiping, I was seeing brown-pink stuff on the paper throughout that day. Sometimes nothing. I thought it was an early period (my cycle is almost always 30 days) and didn't worry much. Then, after not having it anymore with this intensity, I googled it and guess what came up: implantation bleeding. Jesus Christ help me.
Fast forward on the 16th when I was supposed to get my period. Nothing. Today it is 5 days that I haven't had it. I have bought a pregnancy test that I will do tomorrow morning and have made an appointment with an endocrinologist because I have a history with my thyroid. Please, for the love of god someone tell me in the period between now and tomorrow that I will have a first result (the test), should I be worried I'm pregnant?? I am going crazy girls, please help me.

reading your post its highly
unlikely you're pregnant. I'm delighted you're seeing a doctor as they can give you the best advice... you normally ovulate 14 days before your period, thats when you're most likely to get pregnant. It's not impossible just very unlikely! It sounds to me like there is an infection going on so i think thats your answer!
