help me I'm freaking out, aving these for almost two weeks

Hey guys anyone can help cause I don't have a great relationship with my parents to talk about this but also I can't afford going at the doctor's atm. Had an encounter with someone on May only oral. At the beginning of August I had a stomachache, got a tiny tonsil stone on the right side, my neck and my lymph node on the right side are kinda stiff, and two weeks ago found a tiny red bump on the left side of my tonsil furthermore a few days ago ( dunno if it was like that before too) I also noticed some red bumps on the back of my throat should I be worried?
