Help me identify if this is a bacterial infection or herpes sores please!

Hi! So I first had unprotected sex with my current boyfriend since October 21st, 2020.
Around the first or second week of November I started developing UTI symptoms. I didn't know it was a UTI until it would not get better for three weeks and eventually finally visited a doctor on the 24th and she confirmed I had a UTI and I got treated for it. The doctor did a HSV test on me as well and the result came back as negative.
Ever since Thanksgiving break we became a long distance couple. Over the course of three months between November 1st to February 1st, I had no issues since being treated for the UTI. No blisters, no ulcers, no bumps. When college classes resumed on February 8th, we reunited, and we always used protection when having sex and I never had a problem again.
On the night of February 25th, we decided to try to have unprotected sex again. I shaved my vaginal area for the first time in three months with a 5-blade razor.
He has a hard time finishing within a short period of time and he always takes 1 or more hours each session and he always wants to go for another round right after he already finished, and we always stop at the second round after having sex for 2 hours in total because I can't tolerate the pain anymore because at that point my vagina starts feeling like it's being torn apart because it's so dry.
However, about 50-60 hours since the time that we had unprotected sex on the 25th, which was the 28th, I started feeling an itch on the area between my right thigh and vagina, which is an itchy sensation I was used to getting when the area has been experiencing friction too much from him.
On the same day, the 28th around 10 AM, we had unprotected sex again and this time he noticed blood coming from my vagina. I also accidentally harshly scratched my right inner vulva with my nail and left a cut wound on myself. After we stopped, like I said above, I started feeling an itch on the area between my right thigh and vagina, which is an itchy sensation I was used to getting when the area has been experiencing friction from sexual activity.
And he was then worried about the night before and how we reinserted and went for the second round right after he ejaculated after the first round without him being able to urinate or wash the area and even though I am taking oral birth control pills he wanted to be safe and we split the bill for the Plan B Pill. I took the pill at 1 pm and went home after he cooked us lunch and we talked more and by the time I got home it was 5 pm.
That night I pulled an all-nighter and drank 5 cups of coffee the whole night to make up for the studying time I lost spending it with my boyfriend and there was no burning, itching or pain.
However, the next day, the 1st, I had to run multiple errands outside at once, and had to hold a full bladder for about 2 hours. When I got back home it was 1 PM and that's when I started getting the burning feeling coming back up on me and I had difficulty peeing again. It hurt when I pee. I started drinking 2 bottles of 16 oz. of water every hour and urinated every hour to flush everything out. I did this for 9 hours until 10 pm, which is when the UTI symptoms started going away and I was relieved.
However, although the UTI pain went away there was now a sharp cut-like pain in the area between my vaginal entrance and my anus, and this was on the 2nd, specifically in the anterior fourchette area and the vulva area I ended up wounding. I thought it was the friction fissure wound getting worse or possibly having been infected by the bacteria from constantly being rubbed against the urine contaminated with bacteria. I thought it would disappear on it's own. This same night on the 2nd was when I started developing a high fever that lasted until the 4th at 12 PM. On the 3rd of March I gave myself a self-inspection and took a picture of the area. The first photo attached is from the 3rd. The whole time I had a fever the vaginal area hurt so much that I could not walk or stand too long and my fever and chills were so bad that I had to stay in bed all day.
When the fever finally stopped on the 4th at 12 PM, I was able to take a good shower. I decided to give myself a self-inspection again. I was shocked to see how my vagina looked like a zombie with chucks of flesh misssing. Giant pus filled red blister that ulcerated with a huge yellow center oozing with yellow-green discharge. I took a picture. It's the second photo attached.
On the 5th, I started calling every department in my hospital for a care provider. They all said I would have to see an OBGYN specialist and an internal medicine/family doctor cannot help with this and all the OBGYNs are booked all the way into April. They managed to squeeze me in for the 8th as a 9:30 AM emergency appointment.
However, the pain was becoming more and more unbearable and the fever and chills were still coming and going and I woke up in a pool of sweat on the 6th. I decided to go straight to the ER.
As soon as the nurse saw the picture she said it looks like a first outbreak of Herpes. She didn't hear my background story of how the open infected wounds for some reason are exactly on the areas that were wounded during sex and how I had a UTI flareup after two days of the last sexual encounter with my boyfriend. The doctor also came in and said the most likely possibility is Herpes and they both denied what I had was a UTI flareup and believed that it was probably the Herpes blisters causing the pain when urinating.
They ran all the STD/STI tests on me and the results come on Monday, the 8th.
They gave me antibiotics through a shot and prescribed me with antivirals.
They ran a urinalysis on me, but because it was the ER and they're always busy they never had time to look at the results. I checked it after I went home, only to see that the urinalysis came back saying my value for bacteria in my urine was "4+" when the acceptable value for this should show up as "Negative." 4+ is a dangerously high amount of bacteria in the urine. The leukocyte level for my urine was 250 when the normal acceptable value should have been "Negative." There are also a few epithelial cells in my urine. I think they're waiting on the bacterial culture to grow so they can accurately identify what antibiotics I would need.
Also, my ulcers are yellow-green in color and very deep, which is usually not how Herpes ulcers present themselves. The nurse and doctor were most convinced by the two blisters I have on my right outer vagina and butt-thigh area, but this is also an area that I shaved for the first time on the 25th but was not able to reach properly and slightly cut with my razor.
Another thing is that I never developed the little clustered blisters, as you can see in my first photo. It just went straight from swollen sensitive wound area straight to yellow-green very deep open sore with lots of green pus within just one day. I still have burning sensations when I pee and it comes from inside the urethra when I pee and also on the outside when it touches the wound. The pee has a very distinctive odor of fermented corn starch that strikes your nose when it hits you, almost like how the strong swabbing alcohol would make your nose feel.
My boyfriend was confused as to how he could have been carrying the HSV when his previous partners are a girlfriend of three years since middle school whose virginity he took in freshman year of highschool, girlfriend of two years whose virginity he took towards the end of the relationship who he broke up with because of moving on to college, and a friend who also turned out to be a virgin who he never ended up developing a relationship with and then me. Throughout the three months apart we shared locations and he never left the house unless for urgent groceries or errands during the day because he lives with his great grandparent and his family is very cautious. There were no times when he possibly had sex with someone else behind my back. Also, we are both still shocked that I didn't contract HSV the first time we had unprotected sex because he was still asymptomatic then, too and the viral load would have been the same.
