Help me identify the problem with my tooth please?

I've only noticed it today, I have no idea how long its been like this. I couldn't find anything online. Please help?

    Nobody can see anything from your picture, and you can't be diagnosed on a forum anyway. Please go and see a dentist!

    How on earth did you manage that?

    Go straight to your dentist immediately!

    Get it sorted out before you pay for excruciating pain to happen!!
