Help me identify these growths in my private area

I'm worried I could have HPV after noticing these growths on my penis. I am sexually active but wear a condom and haven't had sex in 4 months. I'm an avoidant person so I've been dreading going to the doctor due to the fear of embarrassment and the fact my doctor isn't taking appointments until September and can't wait that long. What do you guys think, they don't exactly look like the genital warts I see online but know that it's certainly possible.
