    Hi there Shadow

Hang on in there, depression is so good at making us all feel the way you are feeling now.

Is there anyway you could get your head down and have some sleep?

60 hours a week work while feeling so ill isn't going to help you get better. Have a word with your GP about going on the sick for a while. Your health is very important, far more important than any job.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

    Hi Shadow

The only person you are letting down right now is yourself  If you had the flu would you not be off work ill in bed? Of course you would. so what makes you or anyone else think depression is any different?

Take your GP's advice and take some time off and allow your body/mind the time it deserves to recover.

You have built up that business and now it is time to recover. I cannot imagine it has been an easy task and no wonder you are at breaking point.

Please go back to your GP and tell him/her you are now willing to face up to the fact you are not well and need some time off.

Your employer hasn't shown much gratitude for all your hard work - his/her attitude 'you can do it' is nothing but an insult. What they reallty mean is: 'you are raking the cash in to line their bloody pockets while you run yourself into the ground.

You are worth more than that and if they really appreciate you they will accept and understand your need to be signed off sick.

    Think about it.

    Take care & stay strong
