Help me please!! HIV

well after encounters I have this fear of getting Hiv but I Always protect myself. the thing is I have been having this lymph node quite some time now and whenever I get a sore throat it swells up and then swells down and its painless. i can still feel it and its creeping me out and making me think I HAVE hiv and another thing yesterday I HAVE a painful bump near my penis head and shaft meet idk what caused but its making me concerned. can anyone help

    If you live in a country with free sex health clinics, they should be able to test you the same day you arrive. It's unlikely you have HIV, but if it's something weighing on your mind a lot, you're probably not going to put your mind at rest until you get tested.

    Do you live in an area where Aids is widespread in a high percentage of the population?

    Bump on the penis isn't a sign of HIV, sore throat and feeling unwell 2 to 3 weeks after exposure, is one sign. The single bump on your penis could be syphilis which is contracted via skin to skin contact. You should get yourself checked out and tested. Some STI's, including syphilis can be cured with antibiotics.
