Help me please I’m nervous

Hello, I am a 22 year old sexually active male. I am nervous a few days ago i noticed a small bump on my penis, and it’s gotten a little bigger but it doesn’t hurt any and it doesn’t sting. It’s basically harmless. I was scared that I might have Std or something so I went to Walmart and bought the take home hiv kit and I tested negative to it. Can anyone please let me know if I have some sort of disease bc I’m freaking out and I’m scared to go see a doctor 😞

Usually there's no sign of HIV. But it sounds like you may have something there but not sure if it's an std. Just go to the Dr, I swear they see far worse than stds. I had to pull a pair of headphones out of a guys urethra, After that there's nothing you can do that would surprise me

here is a picture of it. can you figure out what case this is. i am so nervous i think i have balanitis

Balanitis is the swelling and inflammation of the glans/foreskin due to an infection. While whatever that may be is on your foreskin it is not considered balanitis if you have no inner foreskin/glan reactions. I would definitely see a doctor in person as I cannot see that image very clearly and they would be able to tell you what exactly it's is and how to treat it versus my guessing with no cultures.
