I have been having a fishy smell down there for a week and i thought it would go away, now i have a thin discharge and when i was showering it burned a little so i checked it out and it looks like this. Could it be a yeast infection or is it an STD? help me please

probably excesive thrush you need to go see your gp so they can give you a correct diagnosis
