Help me please! is this vestibular papillomatosis? genital warts? or something else

hey everyone! any help will be greatly appreciated, for a while i have noticed these bumps at my vaginal opening and either sides of my labia minora. theyve gotten worse over time and it's really concerning me, i hate the way it looks and i don't know what to do about it because it looks worrying.
i received a negative STI test, the area is slightly itchy but painless.
Please tell me what you think it could be? photo attached, warning it is graphic.

VP is usually in the vestibule, i.e between the labia minora and the vagina. The image shows spots / lesions in the perianal area and also between rhe labka majora and minora which would make it unlikely to be VP, although you could have that as well as another condition.
while i know its difficult, it would be useful to have an array of other images and angles to be able to take a more informed view....

Thanks for the new images. I do not think these are simply VP, and you should make an appointment with a sexual health clinic; they appear more wart-like to me. They may still turn out to be benign, but the distribution is indicative of things other than VP and so its best for a check and to review your sexual history and symptoms. Not what you wanted to hear of course, but honesty is the best policy....
