please try and relax. I know it’s scary seeing somebody having a seizure but he may have had a long history of health problems that finally led up to a seizure.I had anxiety my whole life and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a blank brain, pins and needles feeling as well as vibrations. It’s very common with anxiety and stress. So many conditions especially of the nervous system can share similar symptoms or sensations. That doesn’t mean that you have every neurological condition.

Anything that affects the brain and nervous system can cause those sensations! People who get migraine headaches can get those sensations, as well as stress, anxiety, or any other non-serious condition that affects the nervous system.

For example, people who have a brain tumor may have a terrible headache. likewise, somebody who’s under a lot of stress may also have a terrible headache. That doesn’t mean that Second person has a brain tumor.

you are allowing fear to take over. Fear is an emotion. It is not fact and it is not reality. Make sure that you are aware of that. You are already self diagnosing when in fact most likely nothing is wrong with you at all.

look up sensations that go along with stress and anxiety . people get brain fog or memory loss. I’ve had the vibration feeling all over my body as well as numbness in tingling in my arms and legs. You are OK! You saw one person have a seizure. Breathe and relax your mind. Just get your yearly physical check up and when that’s OK, enjoy your life because it’s too short! Take care
