Help me please! What’s wrong with my vagina?!

I'm so embarrassed to even have to be posting this. I dont typically look at my vagina or do self examinations, but I decided to take a peek and what I saw has flabberghasted me. What is wrong with my hole? Why does it look like its been completely over run with genital warts?! I've had 2 kids and have been with the same partner for the last 8 years. I even recently went for a pap test and the doctor said everything looked fine and my results came back normal. Please help me.image
