please help me I'm awaiting mammogram results
but I've pains up my arms
tingling in my boob and everywhere
I'm convinced I've cancer
I feel suicidal the last 2 weeks
I can't cope I'm not eating or sleeping
the taught of my ph ring with results makes me vomit
I can't function I've never
being so scared in my life
if anyone can help me plz

sorry you are so scared. But your symptoms sound more like anxiety symptoms than anything else.
tingling sensation is extremely common with anxiety but not with cancer. pain is so common
and if we worry too much it can also be caused by anxiety and stress. Take a deep breath and relax your mind. Why is it that you think you have cancer? Remember our thoughts when we have anxiety are based on emotions. Thoughts based on emotion are not based on fact.
over thinking can put us in a state of panic. Keep yourself busy doing other things and don’t focus so much on this. Take care of yourself. everything will work out. ❤
