Help me with my condition please. Burning sensations on chest, shortness of breath etc.

Hello. I'm 30yo male, please excuse my imperfect english. So, here is how it goes:

Few weeks ago, when i woke up in the morning, I had a severe pain at the right side of my chest, like... the wile right breath musle. I was not doing any special physical activity the day before. It felt like the musle is the problem, I could barely move my right arm. I visited my doc, he sent me to cardiologist to chech if I did not get an embolisis. Cardiologist made some test (EKG, blood test for D-timers etc...) and said everythingis all right. As days passed, the pain also passed. I do not feel the pain anymore. But, since then, Im getting random, short, intense sharp pain feeling occuring on a random spots all over my chest. Im also feeling pretty much constant burning all over my chest, like if the inners of the chest, lungs or whatever is no fire. It is not intense, but I it is disturbing. I also feel throat tightness, sometimes I get a spasm to my throat and I pernamently feel shortness of breath, like the air flow is partially obstructed in the lover respiratory stract. The issues get worse when I lay down. I also visited pulmonary specialist, who performed some test (spirometry etc.), claiming that everything is fine.

Well, obviously, not everything is fine. Anybody have any idea what is happening? Which doctor should I visit?

Thank you!

I did not, just X-ray, which was clean. What doctor do you suggest I should see? Should I go back to pulmonary specialist? From the link you sent, I understand that it should eventually go away on its own, right?

It depends what is causing the pleurisy, but it may not be that. It is best to find out though. You could see a pulmonary specialist or radiologist.
