What you have is several imperfections on the scrotum and lower part of the shaft of the penis. The problem is knowing whether these are something that is naturally present, and they have just become irritated, or ruling out the possibility that they are sexually related, that is, if you have been sexually active, particularly if you have not used protection at any time.

if you have had unprotected sex go to a Sexual Health Service and ask for them to check these.

What you need to try to avoid is anything than can be an irritant on the skin, certainly when you shower most soaps and ALL forms of body wash such as shower gel can be a real irritant to the sensitive skin in your entire groin region. Try to use only a good quality shower gel intended for sensitive or hypoallergenic skin - then make sure you spend some time rinsing the groin region with the running shower water, and, just as important, use a clean dry towel, that preferably only you use to ensure your entire groin area is completely dry ....

Please note that there is no 100% protection available from some STDs such as syphilis or Herpes etc you can still get infected even if you wear condoms.

I would advise to visit your nearest GUM clinic ASAP to check it out and to take swaps for HSV 1 and 2 including IGG blood test for HSV1 and 2 and other applicable tests
