Help! Multiple lesions suddenly appeared on my penis. Are this genital warts?

Hi, about 2 months ago i was diagnosed with chlamydia after receiving unprotected oral sex. I took azythromicyn, repeated testing and everything came back negative but i still have some burning peeing sometimes and my doctor said it should be normal but gave me another round of antibiotics just to be safe. So today i woke up and noticed this lesions on my foreskin that look almost like scabs of some wounds but showed up out of nowhere as yesterday everything seemed fine. I also seem to have a bit of a clear discharge in my penis which i haven't had since i took the antibiotics. The only time i had sex since the chlamydia diagnosis was fully protected and after i had already tested negative so i don't think this is a new std i've picked up since. Could this be genital warts or any other std like herpes?

Hi, you took a lot of antibiotics. With the location and discharge, I suspect you have balanitis (yeast infection) from your treatment. The scabs might come from you scratching in your sleep without noticing.
It doesn't really look like another std really. You should have it checked by your doctor so he can prescribe the right ointment. But if I'm right, it should be gone easily.

Thanks for the reply, i also considered balanitis but the thing is the only symptoms i have is this lesions in the outside of the foreskin and the discharge and burning. I have no itching at all and no rash inside my foreskin or on my glans. I'll definitely see a doctor as soon as i can but im currently abroad and wont be able to for a couple of weeks.

This is quite unusual... maybe you can try some antifungal cream to see if it helps until you see your doctor. But it doesn't look like herpes or warts at all. Hang in there!

Yeah i have clotrimazol and will try it. I still don't have any itching but i actually started to get a small rash in my glans today and the burning in my urethra has been worse so even if it is not related to the lesions i probably have balanitis.
