yes, anxiety can produce hundreds of different symptoms including headaches, stomach upset in pain, intestinal cramping, etc. I’ve had anxiety since about age 6 and it really never went away but it showed up in different ways throughout the years. Just know that any sensations with anxiety or not going to hurt you. I know how scary they are but the one thing you should stop doing is googling because you’re not going to be able to diagnose yourself that way. It will only scare you for no reason. So many symptoms can go along with so many different conditions that it would be impossible to figure it out that way.

The fact that you have had anxiety for a long time points to that as the source of your symptoms. Of course everybody should have a physical check up at least once a year.

The more you Google, the more you overthink this, the more you all have these symptoms and sensations because you are telling your brain that something is wrong so the brain will react.

I have had gastritis from anxiety as well as irritable bowel with cramping, shortness of breath, eye floaters, Weakness, numbness and tingling, and so many more! But I know it’s from the anxiety and stress. Take it easy, relax, you’re going to be OK
