Help! My Penis has problems

Hi all!

So about a week or 2 ago my i started having clear discharge from my penis, and also sores around the tip, after some research j believed it to possibly be thursh, but now i'm not so sure as the symptoms have gotten worse.

there is a now a cloudy discharge and it is swollen with inflamation around the foreskin which is painful and on and around the penis tip, my testicals also became irritated and itchy, red and swollen, really not sure what to do with Covid going on but its painful and uncomfortable at the moment

any advice?

    You 100% have an infection and need to see a doctor. I understand that many doctors dont want to see patients unless absolutely necessary, but this is necessary... I dont know where you are from, but you can go to urgent care and have it done and over with quickly.. This could be urinary tract related or it could be an STD. Any pain in your lower stomach?

    I fully agree with sam. You should seek medical attention asap; if your GP can't or won't see you then go to the casualty or A&E department of your local hospital. Your description and the photos suggest gonorrhoea and if your scrotum feels sore and swollen it suggests the infection is starting to affect your testicles. This is a medical emergency, as it could affect your fertility if it's left untreated.
