HELP ! my skin is hurting and I’m going numb. No hospitals can help

2 days ago my fingers started to hurt , feeling like the tips were going to explode. The pain has traveled to my feet and now feels like someone took a cheese grater to my feet. I walk like im on lava. Theres red dots on my face , hands and fingers. None in my throat .

HELP

i was inthe woods , and near hand foot and mouth. and extreme itch

but this is really bad im going numb in my fingers now .
