had rough sex yesterday. doesnt hurt down there any more but when i was having sex did. had repeated rough sex with partner now. feels tender but not painful to touch. now i have a white cast inside vagina, looks like a tear but need advice please!

do you use condoms? if yes it could be an allergy. If you don't it might be some kind of infection.
