Help !!! Need Some Advice !,

HI everyone, I have cutaneous lupus for 9 years. I take plaquenil 200 mg a day . I also have paroxymal A fib. I am currently having an issue with bronchitis and sinusitis. MY doctor put me on Levaquin because i am allergic to penecillin. Apparently plaquenil prolongs the Qt causing irregular heart beats when taken with levaquin but it is very rare. I am very worried because i dont want to risk an episode of A fib has anyone stopped taking plaquenil for a week to prevent other issues? Thanks
