help needed

I am 48 year old female, had regular periods for 20+ years. All of a sudden stopped. I have had 2 small bleeds in 11 months

It sounds like it can be perimenopause, the phase before you stop having menstrual cycles (menopause). During this phase, your cycles will change. Some women will have very heavy periods, some light, some irregular during this phase of your life. It is almost like going through reverse puberty when you started your periods.
If you are worried, it is best to see your doctor..
