Help needed

im just approaching week 8 and despite the first 3 weeks being horrendous heighten anxiety ive been so much better until 1 day ago when my intrusive thoughts and heighten anxiety has returned

whats going on i was feeling great until this blip

    Hi Tim,

    i hear you same for me had a great week then bam hits me again ive heard this is really normal keep pushing through.

    try mindfulness i use an app called medito which is great for breathing exercises and silver cloud for CBT
