    Hi Tina,

?If you've cut out practically all fat from your diet there's a good chance you are compensating with more carbs.  This will prevent weight loss as they turn to sugar in the body.  Try cutting down on the starchy carbs:  potatoes, bread, pasta and see whether that helps.  Eat lots of leafy veg and lean meat.

Thank you for your advise, I’ll try give that a go.

    What’s left to eat though??!

I am a bit of a picky eater so when I look at what’s left there isn’t much!

Any ideas would be greatly revived x

If I were you I would eat more fat.  Orlistat works by restricting the amount of fat the body absorbs.  If you are eating hardly any fat there is nothing for the tablets to do so there's not much point taking them.  Obviously don't eat huge amounts or you will worry about having accidents.  Maybe add some eggs and cheese to your diet as they are high in protein too.  Good luck!
