Help new to condition

Need help ... what do I have?????

I have bloating,pain in abdomen, mostly lower part of abdomen, lower back pain, nausea, bouts of explosive diarrhea then constipation, and weird trembling pain like feeling in my rectum.  Had a bad infection ended up in hospital for 2 days, CAT scans with contrast were clear, and stool sample was clear. Taking flatly and coprocessor but not helping. Very scared it’s  cancer. What do you guys think have you symptoms like this???

    Give it a rest and strict food diary. It may not be serious. Stress wont help.

    I would see a gastrologist immediately.  I think you need to have a complete work up. good luck.

    Does the pain move about your abdomen or stay in the one place?  If it moves about, it might be IBS.  Your other symptoms sound like it.  What is flatly and coprocessor?

      Could be IBS; my IBS pain moves about my abdomen. The medications you are on can be stomach irritants particularly Flagyl.

    It might be h pylori., get a feces test ., it is not cancer since your cat scan is clear ., watch what you eat , avoid acidic food , dairy products , black pepper , spicy food ., hope you feel better
