im 80 years of age ,and it’s all getting to much for me <& would appreciate any advice offered .

First, well done for getting to the grand age of 80 years.
Have you spoken to your health care team? It is important that you let them know how you are feeling and I am certain they will be able to signpost you to some organisations that can offer you support at this time. There will be people out there that care about your situation and want to help, even if just for a chat.
