Help! Not Sure What These Bumps Are?

Hello, so I've been sexually active with someone but its not a serious relationship. I haven't talked to him about whether he's been seeing other girls other than me while we've been seeing each other but he did tell me he was clean the first time we had sex. Two days ago we had unprotected sex and I started feeling discomfort the day right after. I have this itching sensation but no discomfort when I use the restroom. I took a picture to know if I had anything and surely I found small bumps on the opening of my vagina. I don't know if they are just warts or something more serious but I'm really scared because I'm not exactly sure what they are. I'm planning on getting tested asap but I was just wondering if any of you might know what they can be and how serious they are? imageimage

    it can be hpv or vestibular papillomatosis but i do recommend consulting with a doctor

    It looks like hpv but it seems to be covering your hymen and is very crowded, are you vaccinated?
