Help! Not sure what these white spots on vagina are

These bumps started showing up a couple days ago. They don't seem to be blisters and don't look like any std reference pictures i have seen. I last had sex about 11 days ago. The surrounding vulval area is red and tender, discharge is slightly heavier, theres slight itching/burn. I've never had a yeast infection. This morning when i was cleaning the area with a damp cloth most of the spots actually wiped away but the area is still red, swollen and burning. Is this one or is it possibly something more?

    Dear maria,

    Your description fits with thrush (candida). I suggest you treat this first with Canesten or similar and then review your symptoms a week or so later. If it is thrush the discharge, swelling, redness and itching should settle.
