I have an apt to get a blood test and to see obgyn for paps but until then im panicking -for about two days now i had this pimple looking thing on my peranial. and now ive spent hours investigating and reading! could this be herpes?!?!!!?! im sick to my stomach not knowing!

Is it itching? Do you have any symptoms other than just the "pimple" over there?
The picture's aren't really clear, so I can't really define what it is
