Help. Numbness Tingling Pain Muscle Spasms is this Nuerological ??

Hi. I am 38 years old I started off with a tickle on the tip of my nose. I then started to develop what seemed to be goosebumps on my left arm which has spread all over my body when I seem to be dealing with stress. I have muscle spasms and mild pain. When I am out in the sun I have prickly sensations on my head and face. Can anyone explain or have similar symptoms. Please help it's been going on now for 3 years.

    Hi Calvin, has your doctor looked at this being a form of peripheral Neuropathy?

      I have had upper emg and lower emg testing. Carpal tunnel, and left arm ridiculopothy. Bi lateral leg ridiculopothy also from a disk in my back. What kind of test can they do or treatment for peripheral neuropathy Jon? And what is the cause? I can definitely bring this up. Is it over active nerves???
