Help!! Painful blisters from tight jockey thongs. *pictures*

hi ladies! need some help and advice. About a week ago i started feeling some painful discomfort in my perineum area. when i examined the area i found these small painful blister like raw skin. i dont have this anywhere else! just this area. im sure its from the new jockey thongs ive been wearing. they are extremely tight and uncomfortable. I find myself pulling them out of that area alot, i completely stopped wearing them after this. Any tips to get rid?? image

    That's a herpes outbreak. Have a full STD screen done for a proper diagnosis.
