Help painless ulcer

I was diagnosed the 26th of dec. I felt weird nagging feelings for about 5 days and then finally I saw a small cut/ulcer under in a crevice below my urethra. I go to gyn and she tells me I'm dry and it's a tear from sex. I had nothing to worry about. Well I get a blood test and it's positive for hsv2 previously was negative. Well I started valtrex 500 mg twice a day. I even got topical acyclovir. Well it's been over 2 weeks and the ulcer is not healing at all. It also doesn't hurt at all. I just feel weird down there. There's nothing new believe me I keep looking! Please has anyone ever had a painless first first outbreak and just a weird feeling? How long did it take for your ulcer to heal?

I'm sorry about your diagnosis. if it is a low pos it could possibly be a false pos. did the ulcer appear after a sexual exposure? before the pos result, when did u test last with blood work.

I've been with my partner for almost 2 years so we're always sexually active lol. The ulcer is still there no change at all for 3 weeks. I tested negative by blood 6 months after my fiance and I broke up. Then I was celibate until my new boyfriend. I'm going back to gyn as she wants to do a biopsy for cancer. May also do a western blot. waiting on my boyfriend to get his results.

Thank you so much. I was hoping to find someone else who had a painless first outbreak. I guess I'll see what the gyn says tomorrow.
