Help: pictures included

long story short: I had jock itch around my legs, and a yeast infection. these have been cleared and tested clear. I have been obsessively tugging at my skin since, taking too many photos, being scared.

I also have a hemorrhoid and I believe that to lead to my pernium looking the way it does.

i have been tested for everything, but i have some skin discoloration...i think? i never really looked before December when all of this started. I am scared its LS. or something worse.

im vaguely dry and itchy, which has improved. ive also had sex a few times and the last few times havent been an issue, no tearing etc. but i do have a sore clit which i attritube to being dry and masturbating. i just havent left anything alone because ive become obsessive. i feel like im seeing white plaques everywhere but the only discomfort i feel is from the tugging i do on my skin.

any seconds opinions would be welcomed. ive hesitated posting but i think im looking for advice with other people who have vaginas and vulvas. thank you. i do not know if im just dry and obsessed and stressed or what.

side note: I took a week of diflucan for the yeast and i was treated for BV even though i didnt have it. i think it messed with me badly. i had weird discharge the entire time and then itchy and dryness. now i have an almost normal texture and feel, some dry bumpiness, and a thick discharge. sex has been fine but im so stressed and anxious daily and i cant stop examining my skin

on going since dec 1st with yeast infection middle of November

ok to me your skin looks nice and pink and the only white I see is discharge. Depending on your time of the month, discharge being very noticeable around ovulation, I think your fine. There doesn't seem to be a problem around your clit either. I don't see LS if I'm honest.

You could be aggravating the the area with pulling and dragging so try and give yourself a week or two without touching it and see what happens. In the meantime take epsom salts or magnesium flake baths to counter any fungal or bacterial infection. Do it nightly for the next week and if you are finding yourself dry put a little castor oil on at night or some vaginal moisturiser. I would advise go natural as much as possible so that you don't inflame any allergy or whatever is causing your irritation. Ask the doctor to do a swab if it still hasn't gone away.
