it's been a long time that i'm having these symptoms. Before two months i got two swollen lymph nodes went to a doctor had some tests doctor said i was fine. But those nodes never came to their normal size (i dont consider it very serious). but recently i'm having symptoms such as extreme thirst and hunger and as each day passes these symptoms get worse. There's not even a second that goes by when i'm not feeling thirsty. Even though i drink a lot of water the thirst just doesnt go away. even after eating a lot of foot i still feel hungry. i have this another symptom frequent urination a strong urge to urinate and its annoying. other than this i have shortness of breath every time. and ive noticed that my skin is turning slightly yellow. i stay fatigued all the time and i feel week all the time. after eating my abdomen bloats ... its annoying ... and im also experiencing weight loss. can someone plz help me .. does anyone else have these symptoms any guess if somethings serious about these symptoms .. i sometimes experience body aches also but they are mild. i guess these all symptoms are just because of anaemia ? i dont know plz just reply and help

You need to go to your doctor as soon as possible as your symptoms sounds more like liver disease than anaemia. I speak from experience as at the beginning of April I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia, then 3 weeks ago developed symptoms like yours and then On Saturday was diagnosed with liver disease.

Pain upper right of abdomen, severe fatigue (I can only do things 3 hours per  day), lightheadedness, breathlessness. You must see your doctor ASAP. I will have to go into hospital because of the liver problem on Friday and glad it has been investigated sooner rather than later

Tthis forum is not an alternative to a doctor's visit. If I were you I'd go back to the doctor.
