Help please!

I just wondered if anyone can tell me what the inside of your vagina should feel like?? When I feel like there seems to be little tiny bumps on both sides and if I really scratch at them they come away but bleed quite a lot. I know I shouldn’t scratch them as it’s irritating the skin! I’ve just come off a 2 week course of antibiotics for an infection and a recent swab revealed I have vagina thrush - could this be causing the bumps? I only took a tablet to treat it yesterday and it takes a few days to clear it. Please help!
