Help please.

first off i want to thank yall for reading.

last summer was my last sexual encounter. since then ive had three back to back yeast infections. (july-september) First one came with bv as well. it wasnt fun at all . lol.

During the course of the first infection my skin started to peel off in clumps. like i could see it on the tissue or i could actually peel the skin back. During my second & third infection I started to get fissures. but heres the catch. i could actually feel when the fissures would rip. like it would only happen when i was doing major movements. and it would be healed within the next few hrs. so I figured it was because my skin was thin atp.

fast foward to late october - I found out i had a cyst as well so imagine the amount of meds im taking atp. Took everything until it was empty.

november & december- nothing

january until now - ive been suffering in silence. i have the worst bms and strain pretty bad doing it. after most of them i have a hemorrhoid and anal fissures down there. They heal and then every bm causes them to tear again. So i can never fully heal. idk what to do atp.

i have kind of been through a lot recently so my mental is else where. i have had two std test done as well ... negative for everything( after the 12 week mark). & been to three different doctors as well.

feeling kind of helpless
