Hi Raina34502,
Dizziness can be associated with Vertigo which is different to each other person. I have Vertigo since January this year and next month I have finily the appointment to see the NET specialist.. Be strong and don't give up, go to the NET specialist immediately and try to find what's going on with you..... good luck.!???

Hello Raina,
I am sooo sorry you have to deal with this. I, too, have dizziness and headaches since 2015. Took a lot of trips to a variety of specialists to rule out many things which is something you may need to do as well. The end diagnosis for me is vestibular/silent migraines. The migraine I get may not always be associated with a headache but affects my vestibular system, I get dizzy. Sometimes I feel as if someone is pushing me to one side as I am walking and sometimes I feel as if my neck is in a device that is twisting it in one direction or another. Very strange sensations. Weather change is definite contributor, particularly high winds, atmospheric pressure changes, and of course stress always brings on symptoms. I am now taking a preventative drug for migraines (not a high dose), been seeing a physiotherapist for neck massage, and having neural block injections in my neck, once a week, to block the nerve pain signals in my head. All 3 of these treatments have helped me immensely and allow me to get out of the house. If I stop physio & neural injections, I regress. This info may or may not help you but it is good to be informed, you are your best advocate. Please urge your family doctor for further testing to rule out anything sinister. This could be just a temporary thing for you, hormonal changes can bring these sensations on as well. Could disappear as quickly as it came on, which I pray it will for you. Be strong, you are not alone with this battle. Please take care and let us know how you are doing.
