I had blisters on my feet a few years ago. I used a pumice stone because I wasn't sure about them. (They didn't hurt.) Are you using a public swimming pool or a public shower? Or are you going barefoot in a public place? If so, it may be a bacterial infection. Ask a pharmacist about something to use on your feet. My blisters went away on their own when I stopped going to a public pool.
