is this normal? i noticed it 3 days ago and i cant stop having panic attacks every time i think about it. what is it? what should i do?! omly the top of my vagina hole is like really big, its swolen what is this please help

mines similar but i geniunely have no idea what it is, i think its always been like this tho??? ive never done stuff sexually so its not an std or something. i rlly dunno
