help please

(F)It's been 13 days since possible exposure we started off with a condom but did have condom off for a bit, I'm already on prep and took doxy-pep to prevent syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. I've been experiencing slight irritation in my vagina, my anus was swollen a bit but has subsided, and I had a rash on the upper body. however, I haven't had an blisters or noticeable bumps in the genital area... Should i be concerned about herpes still? I am going to get tested at 3 months but all of this reading on the internet is giving me mixed signals.

update: i was told i have both a yeast infection and bv. I noticed this, this morning. it doesnt hurt but its making me highly concerned.image

    did they swab it or test it?

      i went to get a swab for it yesterday morning, the lady said it didnt look like a typical outbreak from others that shes seen. ill know in 3-5 days
