HELP PLEASE? ANYONE GOING THROUGH THIS?

Does this look normal or prolapse its a feeling of something in my vagina but it just might be swelling from birth 2.5 weeks?

    You only had a baby 2.5 weeks ago so this may all return as it was before.

    My advice is do your pelvic floor exercises without fail, 10 seconds, then 20 second rest, repeat x10 three times a day.

    if after six months there is no change ask GP to refer you to a PF phisio
