Help please! Do my results need further investigation?

for the past 6 months or so ive had many of the symptoms of being hypo - extreme tiredness, what feels like depression (very low mood, no motivation or desire to do anything, feeling like i have no energy constantly), ive noticed a lot of hair is falling out when washing and brushing it, really struggling to lose weight despite eating a low calorie diet and exercise 4x per week.

Last year my results came back to say i was borderline hypo, but no action was taken as they returned to normal. TSH levels below:

oct 2021- 5.4 (normal 0.3-4.2)

aug 2022- 2.9 (normal 0.3-4.2)

sept 2022 (had some repeated bloods done) 4.02 (normal 0.3-4.2)

In Sept they also tested for T4 which was 10.1

Antithyroid gobulin was 112 (normal <100)

TPO 119 (normal <50)

My GP has been quite dismissive of my symptoms previously saying it was low B12 but I am feeling worse than ever even after taking a B12 supplement and getting my levels back to normal.

Is it worth pushing to be investigated further or do these results looks pretty normal?

i should also add i would like to start trying to get pregnant in the next couple of months. thanks so much
